Returns & Refunds Policy

  • General Policy: Returns are usually not accepted as most prints are numbered and signed.

    Exceptions: Contact us at support@glennmeling.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns may be accepted if the products are unused and in brand new condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or has quality issues.

    Damaged/Quality Issues: If prints arrive damaged or have serious quality issues, contact us within 14 days, providing your order ID, name, email, and a photo of the item by sending an email to support@glennmeling.com.

  • Policy: All sales of digital products are final. No returns or refunds are offered due to the nature of digital downloads.

    Issues: If you experience any issues with your digital download, contact us at support@glennmeling.com for assistance.

  • Exceptions: Returns are generally accepted, but if the product is used, damaged, or not in brand new condition, we will need to evaluate the issue further. We do not offer exchanges. However, if you receive a defective, poor quality, or incorrect item, contact us and we will find a solution for you.
